How do I proceed through the check out process?
Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.
How do I apply a promotional code to my order?
When viewing your cart, enter your code in the “Promo Code” text box provided under the “Order Summary” section (image below). Once you have entered your code, click “Apply.”
Will I get refunded if I’m not satisfied with the item I purchased?

How long it takes to ship my order after I make the payment?
It will take up to 3 working days to print, assemble and package your order.
How long it takes to receive my order?
Our standard shipping method takes 5-9 working days to USA and 7 to 18 working days to other countries. For more details, please refer to our shipping information page.
Why is my tracking information is not updating?
It typically takes 3 days for the postal office to register and update your package information. If it takes longer than 7 days, please contact us.

Yes! Most products have a size chart that will be visible when you click on the product. Contact us if there isn't a size chart and you'd like to see one.
