Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, but returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size issues or changes in customer preferences.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@americanskulls.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size errors or changes in customer preferences. Please ensure you select the correct size and item before completing your purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
